Common areas and bathrooms have Travertine stone flooring, cooling in the summer and when the weather turns, the under floor heating as well as being eco-friendly transforms into a cosiness you can only get from underfloor heating, with individual thermostats to control all living rooms and bedrooms you can make it as cosy as you want.
